1) From ABC News, I’m Daria Albinger. President Trump and the first lady were not the only members of the first family who tested positive of COVID-19. In the White House blog, the first lady detailing her family’s dealing with COVID, saying she was at first relieved her son Barron tested negative but her fears came true when the later test showed her teenage son was positive. Mrs. Trump saying it’s fortunate Barron has shown no symptoms and that she thought about the millions affected by COVID while they recovered. The first lady says she is now tested negative. ABC’s Andy Field, Washington.

 2) A second day of questioning for Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett has just started. Barrett was responding to critics who worry her personal beliefs may have effect on her work on the bench. “There’s room for different approaches to the Constitution and I think those approaches shouldn’t be broken down into partisan boxes, because judges are not partisan.” New Jersey Democrat Cory Booker asked Barrett to comment on the Trump Administration policy of separating undocumented families at the U.S. border. “It is wrong to separate a child from their parents, not for the safety of the child or parent, but to send a message. As a human being, do you believe that that’s wrong?” “Senator, I think you’re trying to engage me on the administration’s order on separation policies.” Barrett appears to be headed to an easy confirmation. Republicans have the 51 votes they need.

 3) More states are setting early voting records. California Secretary of State reports over 1 million Californians have already cast votes by mail ballots. In 2016, the number was around 72,000 by now. Even before this year, many Californians voted by mail under permanent absentee status. So, voting by mail is not new here in California. This year, though, at the extra crash, the state is telling Californians to vote now to make sure their ballots get in without delay. ABC’s Alex Stone. Early voting now underway in more than 40 states plus Washington, D.C. You’re listening to ABC News.

I’m Susan Li and this is the Fox Business Report.

Stocks fell for the second straight session, raising earlier gains in the stimulus deal uncertainty and as investors weighed the mixed bank of corporate earnings results. Energy companies were among the gainers while tech lagged. The Dow falling 166 points, the NASDAQ down 95, S&P 500 down 23. // And New York shares surging over 22% after analysts of JPMorgan upgraded the Shanghai-based electric vehicle maker, saying it sets to be the long-term winner in China’s luxury electric vehicle market. // And Zoom Video Communications taking advantage of its huge growth during the pandemic and is moving into new ventures and launching OnZoom, a new website that allows any Zoom users to schedule, promote, and host both paid and free events. Events producers can sell tickets for individual events or series.

That’s your Fox Business Report. I’m Hilarie Barsky, invested in you.
