1) From ABC News, I’m Chuck Sivertsen. A White House walkout; Democratic Congressional leaders say they walked out of a bipartisan briefing on Syria at the White House after they say President Trump started hurling insults. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Congressional Democratic leaders say they were stunned by the President’s attacks when they came to discuss Syria. “What we witnessed on the part of the President was a meltdown.” Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer said the President told them Syria is Turkey and Russia’s problem now and then insulted Speaker Pelosi. “He called her a third-rate politician and there are communists involved, you guys might like that.” The House passing a nearly unanimous resolution condemning the President’s Syrian pullout.” Andy Field, ABC News, Washington.

2) House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy saw the meeting differently, saying it was more productive after Speaker Pelosi left. “The Speaker tries to make everything political. Her own statements were unproductive. To storm out of the meeting, which I’ve watched time before during other crisis, is really not the ability of a speaker or the style how a speaker should carry herself out.” The meeting came after the House overwhelmingly voted to condemn President Trump’s withdrawal of American forces from northern Syria. President Trump has drawn bipartisan criticism for the withdrawal which led to Turkey attacking Kurdish forces and citizens in Syria.

3) A senior Trump Administration official confirms to ABC News that President Trump wrote a letter to Turkish President Erdogan, asking him not to slaughter thousands of people and threatening to destroy the country’s economy.

4) Majority Leader Mitch McConnell says the Senate will hold an impeachment trial as the House passes articles of impeachment on President Trump. “We intended to do our constitutional responsibility.” McConnell reviewed the impeachment trial rules for Senate Republicans, one of which is no talking.

5) Major indexes finished the day lower on Wall Street with technology stocks leading them away. The Dow fell 23 points. You’re listening to ABC News.

The Dow falling 23 points, the NASDAQ down 25, S&P 500 down 6. // And shares of Netflix are higher in the extended session after the company reported better-than-expected-earnings results for the third quarter with the streaming service, adding more than twice as many subscribers for the period than it did in a previous quarter. // And IBM reporting earnings after the closing bell with the stock falling this after the tech giant reported that revenue fell for the fifth quarter in a row even with contributions from Red Hat, an acquisition that closed in the third quarter. 1) From ABC News, I’m Daria Albinger. Seven civilians have been killed after Turkey launched airstrikes at its border with Syria. ABC’s Elizabeth McLaughlin on what this will mean in the fight to keep ISIS from emerging. “Following the Turkey’s offensive in northern Syria, ABC News has learned operations against ISIS have halted according to a U.S. official. The U.S.-led coalition partners with Kurdish forces in Syria who are credited with defeating ISIS there, but it’s Turkey launched uprising airstrikes and artillery on Kurdish towns in northern Syria on Wednesday. The groups have been forced to defend themselves, driving them away from the ISIS fight. Elizabeth McLaughlin ABC News, the Pentagon.” President Trump threatening Turkish President in his, as his troops try to wipe out the Kurds, “I will wipe out his economy if that happens. I’ve already done it once.” The U.N. Security Council will meet tomorrow to discuss Turkey’s assault in northeastern Syria.

2) Former Vice President Joe Biden took a big step today while campaigning in New Hampshire. “The war of words between former Vice President Joe Biden and President Donald Trump has escalated. “He’s shooting holes in the Constitution and we cannot let him get away with it.” Biden says the President has committed impeachable acts, and then impeachment is necessary to (quote) “preserve our constitution and democracy.” The President clapped back on Twitter writing “So pathetic to see Sleepy Joe Biden calling for my impeachment and I did nothing wrong.” Biden quickly clipped back “Thanks for watching,” and added “Stop stonewalling the Congress.” Serena Marshall, ABC News, Washington.

3) There are angry winds blowing in California this hour and they’re coming from the thousands in Sonoma County, had their power shut off as precaution by PG&E. When wind and dry weather created concerns, wildfires could be ignited. Right now the winds are virtually at a standstill, but meteorologists warn that they could get worse. President Trump weighing in. “Look, I’m very happy right now. We’ve taken in billions of dollars of tariffs.” Those tariffs mean higher consumer costs for Americans on Chinese goods. 1) From ABC News, I’m Daria Albinger. Ten years in prison, that’s the sentence the Dallas jury handed a former police officer, Amber Guyger, for the murder of her neighbor. “Amber Guyger could have gotten life in prison for the killing of Botham Jean last year. This jury deliberated for less than an hour and a half before deciding that she should spend ten years behind bars. It took six hours for the same panel to find her guilty of murder. Guyger stared straight ahead as the verdict was read, turned very briefly to look toward the gallery, and then quickly walked out of the court room. She’d be required to serve at least half of her sentence before she is eligible for parole. Jim Ryan, ABC News, Dallas.

2) President Trump and the President of Finland held a joint news conference at the White House today, but most of the questions President Trump fielded were focused on a whistleblower complaint, which says he pressed the Ukraine’s leader to investigate the family of rival Joe Biden. “President Trump calling the Ukrainian phone-call investigation a hoax but says he will cooperate with House investigators. “Well, I will always cooperate. This is a hoax. This is the greatest hoax. This is just a continuation.” But the President’s Secretary of State is already resisting letting staffers testify or hand over documents related to that call, for the President asking to investigate rival Joe Biden. 3) In an exclusive interview, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tells ABC News she heard a surprise in President Trump’s voice when they talked before she launched an impeachment inquiry based on a whistleblower complaint. “I think the President knows the argument that can be made against him and he’s scared, and so he’s trying to divert attention from that.” The New York Times is reporting that former House Intelligence Committee Chair, that, rather, that House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff learned about the outlines of the whistleblower complaint concerns before any former complaint was filed.

4) Sources say at least seven people are dead after a World War II plane crashed today at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut.

Its owner Flutter Entertainment is purchasing PokerStars owner Stars Group for about $6 billion creating an online gambling giant. The move comes as Internet and app betting is taking hold in the U.S. // And Walmart is the latest store to stop selling the popular heartburn treatment Zantac and its own brand version of the medication after the FDA warned about its potential link and its ingredients to cancer.
